Denise Amrich is a certified YogaRhythmics/DansKinetics and Soma Yoga teacher, as well as a Personal Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner.
Her fascination with many subjects prompts her to offer herself as a "bridge" between disciplines in order to facilitate her students' compassionate understanding of themselves, others, and their world. Denise often introduces elements of trance and visualization into her multi-level Kripalu DansKinetics/YogaRhythmics classes, which also happen to be a kickin' cardio workout. She loves creating her classes as powerful rituals, using words, movement, symbol, and music in order to transmit a transformative, fun, meaningful, spiritual experience for all who partake.
